My short story “Executive Order: Jerome County, Idaho” is featured in the 2019 Clackamas Literary Review, Vol. XXIII.
Although fiction, the stories in this piece are based on real women whose lives were changed due to presidential executive orders over the past century. The first woman featured in the piece is my paternal grandmother.
It was a pleasure to read an excerpt of the story at a launch event for this year’s CLR at Clackamas Community College on May 29. To order a copy of the 2019 CLR, please visit the CLR website.
